Recipes for our distinctive hard apple ciders were handed down from generation to generation from the elusive Appalachian Wyiles of the Tennessee Smoky Mountains. Handcrafted from fresh-pressed apples, fermented with proprietary yeasts, and then aged for 6 to 12 months before being blended with natural flavors, back sweetened, pasteurized, and bottled for joyous consumption.
